Instant Detox Mask – Caudalie

Instant Detox Mask – Caudalie

One of Kourtney Kardashian’s favourites…but is it worth the hype???

Kourtney Kardashian recently shared her skincare routine with Harper’s Bazaar and of course, the internet went crazy. The Kardashians are renowned for their flawless skin and smooth complexions, so learning their beauty secrets got people talking. Kourtney highlighted Caudalie’s Instant Detox Mask as a staple in her routine and said she uses it regularly to unclog her pores.

The product is a deep cleansing and pore minimising clay mask. It claims to draw out all impurities and leave skin clean and rejuvenated. You apply the mask for 5 to 10 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

I purchased the mask after reading lots of excellent reviews and it definitely lived up to the hype. The mask is a light pink colour and after a few seconds, you can immediately feel your pores starting to tighten. By 10 minutes I was unable to move my face and you can visibly see tiny holes where the mask has absorbed into your pores. If you don’t like seeing the different textures of your face then this mask isn’t for you!

The mask left my face so smooth and decongested. I could definitely tell the difference in my pores after applying make-up. In addition, the mask helped clear up any uneven textures and oily areas on my face. I used to be really concerned about getting oily in my t-zone, but now I use the mask once a week and I couldn’t be happier. The product is definitely an investment, but if you’re looking to add an extra step into your skincare routine, then this is the mask for you.

After a long week, give your skin a well-deserved detox.

Price: £22 (If it’s good enough for a Kardashian, it’s good enough for me)
